Technique weights are as big as regular weights but much lighter so that you can train your form in different exercises in weightlifting. You can use them in your beginner phase when starting to lift in functional fitness.

The technique weights are made in 2,5 kg in red and 5 kg in white. It’s good to have both to be able to diversify your training.
