TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Terms

A50 Fitness Ltd will be entering into a contract to supply goods and services to its customers.  These terms and conditions will apply to every order. No other terms or conditions shall be included or implied unless previously agreed upon in writing and authorised by an authorised member of staff from A50 Fitness Ltd

Buying Products and Services

No order shall be deemed accepted by A50 Fitness Ltd without a raised formal order document and some form of deposit payment.

Any quotation issued shall be open for acceptance at any time during the validity period shown on the quotation. After the expiration of the validity period of the quotation, the quotation is deemed to have been withdrawn by the supplier but may be honoured or a new quotation issued at the supplier’s discretion.

Submission of a quotation in no way obliges A50 Fitness Ltd to proceed with an order, and they may withdraw the offer of sale at any time with no legal recourse.

Once the customer has confirmed the quotation by the way of a deposit and A50 Fitness have confirmed acceptance then the order is deemed to be a legally binding commitment to purchase goods or services.

Payment

All goods will remain the property of A50 Fitness Ltd until full payment has been received by either the customer or any nominated third-party finance / leasing company.

For any orders purchased through our sales channels a non-refundable amount will be required when the order is placed.  A non-refundable deposit will always be required for products and services supplied as all products are supplied on a made to order basis.

The balance of payment is due prior to the time of installation or delivery of any order unless other terms are stated in writing by A50 Fitness Ltd before the date of despatch of the equipment. 

If for any reason the customer cancelled their order prior to despatch for any products without any such justification, and A50 Fitness Ltd suffered a financial loss because of this cancellation then the deposit will not be refunded.

If A50 Fitness Ltd are unable to supply to goods, the deposit will be refunded in full.

If for any reason the customer delayed the delivery or collection of their order, then full payment would be required on the date stated on the order acknowledgement and storage costs maybe incurred.

In the event of no payment A50 Fitness Ltd. shall be entitled to:

Cancel or suspend its performance of the contract or any order including suspending deliveries of the goods.

Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address agreed on the sales order / Invoice. It is the customers responsibility to check this address and once payment has been made it is classes as confirmation that all details on the sales order / invoice are correct.

No goods will be released until all orders are paid for in full and funds are cleared.

If for any reason, when goods are received, there is any noticeable damage on the packaging, then the customer should sign for the package as damaged, check the order and if for any reason, there is damage to the product/s inside call A50 Fitness Ltd to resolve the issue.

Photographic evidence will be required in all cases and return of the product may be required in some circumstances. A50 Fitness Ltd also reserves the right to send out one of its engineers to inspect any damage at the customer site.  Entry to the customer premises should be allowed.

Data Protection

All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by A50 Fitness LTD which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so.

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

All prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, due to circumstances beyond our control these may change, including the rate of Value Added Tax. The price levied will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.

Refunds will be made in the original payment method and within 14 days of our receipt of goods. All refunds must be authorised by our directors.

  1. Any due dates shown on the website are an estimate of when delivery is expected into our warehouse and is updated regularly the closer stock gets. Any back-order products will normally be despatched within 48 hours (2 working days) of the goods arriving in our warehouse.

 

 

Lifetime warranty

A lifetime warranty is provided on all steel frames and weldings, flange bearings,
weight stack, engraving, shock absorbing discs in weight stack, weight stack
bars, bar hangers and cam shaft. The lifetime guarantee includes fabrication
and material errors.

10 year warranty

A10 year warrantyis provided on Powerband (only 300-Series), the band stretching system, bearings and band wheels, the seat adjustment system, all setting possibilities, and the rubber handles.

Guarantee is also provided on fabrication and material errors.

coordination allows the manufacturing process to be much more efficient and
delivers a better product to customers. The goals under ISO-900 are as follows: superior quality, accurate delivery, best price, quick
