More about the Log Bar
Log Bar is a traditional gym equipment for Strongman training. It is a training bar used in numerous training exercises such as bench press, military presses and back rods. The position of the handles is ideal to obtain a greater and comfortable balance in the training exercises performed with this kind of barbell. The bar has a basic weight of 50 kg and has double grip.
Gymleco’s Log Bar is extremely robust and qualitative training tool. It’s designed and created for commercial use and is therefore adapted for really heavy Strongman training. You load it with international weight plates with a hole diameter of 50 mm.
