Log Bar is a traditional training tool for Strongman training. It is a training bar used in numerous training exercises such as bench press, military presses and back rods. The position of the handles is ideal to obtain a greater and comfortable balance in the training exercises performed with this kind of barbell. The bar has a basic weight of 32 kg.
