More about the lifting chain
A very flexible lifting chain with built-in weight collars. The barbell collars has simple screw adjustment so that the chain is kept in place on your barbell. Fits 50mm international barbells. The chains comes in pairs and works well in both the big professional gym as well as in your home gym.
Training with lifting chains is popular in both weight lifting and power lifting. This thanks to the increased weight that comes with a gradual increase as the chain leaves the ground. Gymleco’s lifting chains work particularly well in exercises such as bench press or squats.
