Forearm machines are often forsaken though they should be an obvious piece of you gym since a lot of people appreciate a good forearm exercise. This machine has no complicated settings which makes it intuitive and easy to use.

The machine has a so-called split weight magazine where the first part has lower weights while the bottom weights are heavier. This to satisfy both the novice as well as the demanding athlete’s.

Materials & details

The handles are in rubber to make the grip steady but at the same time comfortable. The arm cushion is in leather making it comfortable for your forearms. The big foot plate is in steel with knurling so that you stand steady while training your forearms.

The weight stack is in premium steel with a beautiful nickel coating and it’s possible to order a bigger weight stack if that is something you want at your gym.
