The machine can easily be switched between biceps training and triceps training with a simple adjustment bolt. Sit with your chest towards the cushion and grab the handles to do classic biceps curls. Change so that the handles are higher up and push them down to work out the triceps instead. The handles are in an ergonomic angle and soft rubber for a great grip in both exercises. Thanks to the back support you can keep your position during the triceps exercise, not accidentally lifting up the body. 

The movement paths are ergonomic and natural which makes both of the exercises feel great throughout the movement.

Materials & features

Change the seat height with our step free setting depending on your body length. Move the chest cushion back and forth depending on exercise and your arm length.

The weight stack is in solid steel with a beautiful nickel coating, the cushions in black or red leather and an instruction sign clearly shows the different exercises, as on all our selectorised machines.
