Gymleco 354 Dips Press / Shoulder Pull

This exercise machine from Gymleco can be used as a dips machine and also, with reverse motion, for shoulder pulls. Not only that, it can also become a decline shoulder press. A unique gym machine that has three great exercises in the same place. Even though there’s multiple training exercises it’s compact with a small footprint which makes it fit in any gym that wants to offer something extra to its members.

Simply change the height of the handles with a simple setting to switch between dips or shoulder pulls.
At a low placement with the back support a bit backwards leaning for shoulder pulls and the handles at a higher placement with the back support a bit forwards leaning for dips.
By folding the back support backwards, the upper body machine can become a decline press for training the chest muscles.
The combi machine can therefore perform three different exercises. The switch is done easily with a single handle on the right hand side.

Material & features

The combi machine has a knurled foot support that helps you keep the correct body position when training.
It has the Gymleco weight stack in steel with a nickel coating. This will last you many years of hard usage. If you want you can also add weight to the weight stack for heavier training.
The cushions are made in black or red leather and the handles in a soft rubber with fantastic grip.
