This is a seated gym machine with full isolation of the calf muscles. It’s easy to get into due to its open design. Set the thigh cushions to desired height with a simple pin setting. Sit down and use the handle in front of you to push the leg support up for easy entry. Place your knees under the cushions and your feet on the knurled foot support in steel. Grab the smaller handles in front of you for support and push your legs upwards.

Materials & details

The clean weight stack in steel has a heavy total weight of 150 kg. This so that even the strongest user can train their calves in this machine. The pin setting for the knee support is attached to the machine so that you can’t loose it. The machine has an ergonomic design with the correct tilting on both the seat, knee cushions and foot support to make sure you can do a long movement that really isolates the calf musculature.
