 In this leg machine you lay down grabbing the handles in front of you, placing the feet underneath the round foot support and pressing your legs towards your body. This exercise has the most affect on the backside of your thighs or hamstrings but also on other parts of your legs such as your calves.

With our leg curl you get a long movement range due to our ergonomic design and our unique counterbalanced lever. The machine’s movement curve follows the body’s natural movement and it’s easy to get in and out of thanks to the open design. The high quality steel weight stack is easy to change weight on and the handles are in soft rubber and slightly angled to give you a good, natural grip during training. The leather cushions are designed to give you a comfortable and ergonomic position for both you thighs, upper body and elbows. The calves support rotates which allows it to follow your body when you perform the exercise and it has a simple 5 steps setting to fit any body length.
