Gymleco 320 Incline Chest Press

This is the Gymleco incline chest press. Set the step free seat height depending on your body length. Press down the foot pedal in front of you to press forward the handles for an easier start of the exercise. Press the handles forward, either both at the same time or one by one, and feel how effective this chest machine is.
