Set the seat height with our step free setting depending on your body length. Place your chest towards the cushion. Choose your weight and grip. Pull the handles towards you and feel how you activate the back muscles. A compact machine with the correct and natural muscle movement which means that you will optimize your training of the back muscles.

Special features

The gym machine is designed with individual arms which makes it possible to alternate, while at the same time avoiding that the stronger side of the back is activated more than the weaker one. You can also train one arm at a time. Making this a versatile gym machine for your back.
You have two different grips, both in a soft rubber, with an ergonomic angle so that the grip will feel great all through the movement.
